About B. R. Willett - Meet “Rob” (he, him, his)

Hello everyone! I’m an Academic Advisor, poet, and author. I enjoy play in all its forms. From video games to sports to board games to make-believe: I believe in the power of play and imagination in reshaping the world around us. I write from my experiences, attempting to transform the traumatic into something beautiful. I love all stories (print and screen), and believe in the power of words to redeem our experiences. I’m a husband, father of two, God-father, and Catholic.

I believe that all people are worthy of love, and my hope is to share that love with everyone I meet.

…I fail often.

I studied English, Psychology, and College Student Personnel Administration in College. I’ve written 100s of poems, short stories, and short works. I hope that this is the first book of many, and have at least two more at various stages of the planning process.
